Favorite course

Favorite class is Innovation Processes as a freshman in the Raikes School. This class encourages students to look at what innovation is and how it's fostered and managed in the world. The best part about this class was the semester project where teams tried to find an innovative solution to UNL students' problems. This led to a friend and I starting Ice Cream bro - an on-campus ice cream delivery service. Although I am no longer involved with the company, it was really interesting to start something from the ground up.

Favorite experience outside of class

My Microsoft internship last summer because I spend the summer in Seattle, met fellow interns from all over the world, and worked on a project where part of my code ended up shipping to customers before I left!

Other involvement

Greek life, Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management, UNL Football Suite Staff, Out-of-State Student Mentor.

Student Ambassadors group

Student Ambassadors are undergraduate students who talk to prospective students, parents, alumni, and the general public about the college.
