Why did you select your major(s) and minor(s)? Were there any experiences that convinced you to declare?
I have always loved politics, but have also been fascinated with law enforcement and the legal system.
What is your favorite course you have taken from your program(s)?
POLS 189H, my freshman Honors seminar with Dr. Gruhl. The depth of discussion amongst similarly academically-inclined individuals was invaluable. Each day of class was unique and memorable.
Who have been some of your strongest mentors or role models here?
My brother Alex, who recently graduated this past spring.
Have you had an internship/job?
Yes, I intern at a law firm downtown. In addition to performing "runner"-type duties, I perform research and track legislation on certain issues for the firm, which has a significant lobbying practice.
What are you involved in on campus?
CASSAB, Honors Program, Honors Peer Mentors, Political Science Student Advisory Board, and Pi Sigma Alpha.
What are your plans after graduation?
Right now, I plan on attending law school at a location TBD. We'll see how the LSAT goes first though.
