“I met Kim when she was first employed at BOSR. We were assigned to work on the SHARP project together and I found her to be friendly, respectful, and eager to learn. She quickly had the processes mastered and came up with good solutions for problems as we went along. I have continued to enjoy working with her and then for her as she quickly rose to other positions and became one of my bosses. I always find her easy to talk to, compassionate, innovative with ideas to solve problems and she maintains an upbeat, positive attitude even in times of stress. Kim is very good at detail, clear with instructions, and is willing to explain what needs to be done to anyone who does not understand. She also has the ability to work with many types of people and does not shy away from difficult personnel issues. She has handled becoming a mother seamlessly and has matured into a fine lady. Kim is honest and kind and I believe she has much to offer the world and that she will continue give of herself in the future as she has done in the past. She has worked hard for her positions and I foresee her doing well in the future so I would like to nominate her and gift her with well-deserved applause!”
