Despite facing frustrations that were not of their making, they remained professional, solution-focused, and supportive. The issues we encountered were not their fault, yet they bore the brunt of the pressure with grace and resilience. They deserve recognition for their hard work, their unwavering support, and the critical role they played in keeping things moving forward. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done."

“The migration of the Future Ready Cloud Collaboration Workspace Project was met with considerable anxiety, and I shared that concern. Almost all of my documents are stored in the cloud or in email folders. Losing access would have been disastrous for both my administrative duties and faculty responsibilities. Fortunately, the Tech Team made the transition virtually seamless. They were not only highly knowledgeable and calm under pressure, but also approachable and consistently available when help was needed. I encountered a few issues of my own making that required urgent attention due to looming deadlines. “I had a lot of trouble with the FRCCWP migration project.   For at least a week, I was unable to access my migrated files using OneDrive.  This caused me considerable anxiety and took a great deal of time.   CAS Tech went FAR, FAR out of their way to help me look for solutions and advocate with ITS on my behalf.  They regularly checked in with me, and tried lots of possible work-arounds and solutions.  I recommend them for an Applause Award in the absolute STRONGEST POSSIBLE terms.   We're lucky to have them working for us!”
