Almost all of my documents are stored in the cloud or in email folders. Losing access would have been disastrous for both my administrative duties and faculty responsibilities. This caused me considerable anxiety and took a great deal of time. CAS Tech went FAR, FAR out of their way to help me look for solutions and advocate with ITS on my behalf.
