“Lejla is a phenomenal supervisor. She works hard and is a rockstar with supervisor duties such as monitoring, verification callbacks, training new interviewers, etc. She usually goes beyond her quotas for monitoring and is very thorough with the work that she does. She's very assertive and makes sure that people do the right thing. She's always willing to help out with whatever is needed. She helped train me to be a supervisor and I shared an office with her for a little over a year.
