“Matt has been working for several years now at CCFL and has made a tremendous difference in the day-to-day functioning of our work due to his timely and efficient tech support. Before Matt, we experienced frequent tech issues that weren't always fully resolved in a timely manner. This impacted the extent to which we could do our work and sometimes caused delays in projects. Now, Matt always responds quickly and always finds out a solution to something, even if it's difficult or takes a lot of work. When we have training and experience tech issues, Matt always responds immediately and is usually there within 10 minutes. Because he's with the PPC, too, I think this requires him sometimes to quickly head over to our office. For intractable tech issues, I think it is easy sometimes for tech staff to avoid finding the solution and instead just allowing the employee to figure out how to make things work - not Matt. He will follow u! p to ensure things are working properly. I hope Matt never leaves!”
