“There are so many reasons to nominate Rebecca for an applause award. Her calm, kind, intelligent approach to her work is noticed by all of us who work closely with her. This has been especially important over the last two years as we navigate the effect of the pandemic and direct service to students. More recently, Rebecca has stepped up to assume some responsibilities of a co-worker who was on an extended medical leave. Rebecca increased her hours, learned and executed a variety of new tasks, and did so willingly and successfully. Thank you so much for what you do Rebecca!”

“Over the past few months Rebecca made significant contributions to helping maintain office consistency and flow while another staff person was out for an extended leave of absence. Rebecca made a commitment to a temporary work adjustment that moved her from part-time to full-time. With the amount of processes that are often spread out between the two positions, Rebecca handled the increase load with ease, never missed a beat in getting things done, and was always willing to step up for a task when asked. While we no doubt missed the presence of our other staff person in the office, we also were extremely grateful that Rebecca was willing to go the extra mile to do what she could to make sure our office continued to serve students, staff and faculty and not sacrifice any level of service. Rebecca comes to work each day ready to tackle any task that comes her way. She brings many strengths including her attention to detail and a desire to ensure great care for coworkers, students and faculty alike.
