“Since the first day Sarah started working in SBS as a purchasing person, she has always be willing to help with any questions or issues. She learned her job responsibilities very easily and is our resident eShop expert. She is willing to help to check on the status of outstanding orders or questions regarding any order issues and does so in a very efficient manner. She has a smile on her face and is always happy to help whenever possible. She is outstanding co-worker and a delight to have in the office. I believe Sarah deserves the Applause Award!”

“Sarah is responsible for purchasing in the School of Biological Sciences. She is one of the most responsive and efficient staff persons that I have ever worked with! Whenever I send her an email, she responds within hours, having completed the task. This is entirely due to her efficiency and diligence. “Sarah is the purchasing assistant in our department. Her attitude is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Her default when asked how to do something unusual or new is "Let me figure out how to do that" rather than to just say "I can't do that" or "I haven't ever done that so I don't know how it's done." This is helpful and refreshing. It also smoothly and painlessly enables the research and teaching missions of the College. Sarah deserves this award for her helpfulness, which often goes above and beyond where many people in that position would go!”
