The CAS Staff Council is committed to enhancing the work environment for all staff members, both current and future, by fostering a culture of collaboration, belonging, and professional growth. We advocate for staff within the CAS community, facilitating meaningful connections and strengthening our collective work environment.
Vision
We envision a community where all staff are empowered, supported, and valued as essential contributors to our college’s success. We strive to cultivate a culture of collaboration and belonging, where staff have access to professional development, networking, and recognition opportunities.
