The Big Event

The Big Event is an annual day of giving back to the Lincoln community. This year's event is on April 4—registration is open until March 13.

Undergraduate students Ethan Beier, Emmy Witzenburg, and Joycin Stonacek are part of the organization.


Meet Ethan Beier! Ethan is a Junior History and Classics major from Omaha, Nebraska. He is on The Big Event’s Marketing Committee, and he joined TBE because it gives him an opportunity to positively impact the Lincoln community on a large scale! pic.twitter.com/efT2IL5nnL

She is The Big Event’s Day of Chair and joined The Big Event because she believes it’s important to give back to the community you live in. Meet Joycin Stonacek! Joycin is a sophomore Biology major from Lincoln. She is on The Big Event’s Private Residence committee, and she joined TBE to get involved in something bigger than herself.
