Gina, currently in her fifth year of the clinical psychology doctoral program at UNL, exemplifies dedication and passion in her pursuit of becoming an outstanding psychologist. Her unwavering commitment to her clients and families has been a hallmark of her journey, showcasing her client-centered approach.
In addition to her client work, Gina is deeply invested in mentoring undergraduate students. She actively supports their success in research and graduate training, reflecting her belief in cultivating the next generation of psychologists. Her academic achievements, including a Master of Legal Studies, further highlight her interest in the intersection of public policy and child psychology, particularly regarding the social services that aid families.
Gina's advocacy extends to the graduate student community, where she has worked tirelessly as a student member of the Psychological Consultation Center's advisory board. She has championed best training practices and pushed for the inclusion of school and counseling psychology doctoral students within state organizations like the Nebraska Psychological Association.
