Role

People Admin is a comprehensive web-based system designed to maintain position descriptions and manage the employment process. The system enables paperless processing of the following functions:

  1. Creating new position descriptions.
  2. Revising existing position descriptions.
  3. Position evaluation and classification
  4. Creating postings for open positions.
  5. Managing applicant pools associated with posted openings.
