Why you chose your major
I chose my major because it gives me a good straight arrow path into dental school. I chose my minor because business is the future and it is important to know how to manage money and support yourself sufficiently.
Favorite and/or most impactful course
The class that has made the biggest impact on me is gen chem. I was decent at chemistry in high school but this past semester challenged me and my study skills. The class changed my perspective on school and made me put more emphasis on time management and proper study techniques.
Research or internship experience
One internship that I've started recently is at UNMC in the school of dentistry. This allows me to peek through the window of my future and start building an understanding of what my next steps in life will look like as well as preparing me for the DAT and creating a strong foundation for a good resume to get into dental school.
