This week, NACADA, the global community for academic advising, in conjunction with their 40th anniversary, has instituted NACADA Global Advising Week celebrating advisors, coaches, tutors, and counselors that advise students. They are hosting a number of events throughout the week, free and open to all, which are outlined on their website.
During the first week in May every year, NACADA will celebrate those who advise students around the globe. The global celebration honors academic advising in its many impactful forms.

We look forward to celebrating what our advisors and career coaches are doing on campus this week. We thank you for the work you are doing to support students and make the college a great place for students to be a part of.
