Graduating from the University of Nebraska is not just an academic achievement, but a testament to my Nebraska roots and the limitless possibilities that lie ahead.

Transformational moment
During my junior year, I was fortunate to have an internship with Lincoln Literacy where I taught English to Russian speakers. It ignited a desire to pursue this path further, and it played a significant role in my decision to apply for a Fulbright opportunity in Kazakhstan. The internship not only provided me with practical teaching skills, but also instilled in me a sense of purpose and direction, shaping my academic and career aspirations.

After graduation, I am most looking forward to
embarking on new adventures and exploring the endless possibilities that await me. From starting my dream job, pursuing further education, or traveling to new places, I am excited to take the knowledge, skills, and experiences gained during my time at the university and apply them to the next chapter of my life.

The best thing about being a Husker is
the deep sense of community and pride that comes with being part of the University of Nebraska family. Whether it's cheering on the Husker football team at Memorial Stadium, participating in campus activities, or connecting with fellow Huskers around the world, the sense of Husker pride is unwavering.
