Graduating from Nebraska means
I get to fulfill my dreams of being one of the first in my family to get a degree from when they first immigrated here. It's important for me to understand that I am able to have access to go to a university in my country and especially in my hometown. I graduated knowing my peers and meeting new amazing individuals along the way. As well as to be able to graduate during Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) history month is a dream come true. I am representing my culture during the month my people are recognized in my home state. Nebraska is an amazing place for me to help diverse our community by pursuing an education here.

Transformational moment
Speaking on behalf of introverts, graduating from Nebraska really pushes you to make connections. Growing up in a small town and being introverted was hard itself. I was really pushed by my professors, like Emira Ibrahimpasic, to almost forced to reach out to others and make it a grade. Although it was hard, I have met some amazing people that I now can make connections with. I'm able to network with others now without being being hesitant towards a goal.

After graduation, I am most looking forward to
using my knowledge and connections that I have made in my four years at this institution to further my career. I can't wait to help others who are in need to justice without going to law school or being a doctor.

The best thing about being a Husker is
being able to relate and connect with others. We are all struggling and striving to get to our finish line. We continue to help others when we aren't feeling like it. It's almost like a brother and sisterhood. Especially when there are meet ups to go get ice cream together or go ice skating. It moments like those that you appreciate even when it feels like you're just strangers.

Thank you
I want to thank my mother is who my rock. She did everything she could to help in anyway. Although she couldn't help me with school finances, she made sure I got everything else I needed. She never hesitated to pick me up late at night at 10:00pm at UNL or even drop me off as early as 7:30am.

As well as my best friends who are amazing. They such motivated, driven and educated people I know. I get inspired to be like them. Due to that, it makes me want to do better and work as hard as I need to get to where I want to go.
